Just a 5min drive from the Marbella Club Golf Resort Club House and we arrived at the gates of this beautiful property. I hate to judge a book by its cover but I knew this house would be impressive when we entered the spacious driveway. As we entered, the double doors of the entrance hall, leading to the living room and garden, were wide open and the view was absolutely fantastic; mountains, golf, the sea and Gibraltar. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen, stunning, with a large centre island and breakfast area for up to 10 people! The property is very practical, with 2 large en-suite guest bedrooms on the ground floor, a lovely BBQ area and a games room and staff or guest apartment with independent access and lots of natural light at semi- basement level. The owners of the property have even left in the space to build a lift should the future owners of the house require it. The master suite is a delight, with double height cathedral wooden beamed ceiling, a very large terrace with panoramic views of the mountains down to the sea and its own living room/office. The property is absolutely fantastic for a family that enjoys countryside living, tranquillity and above all stunning views!
