I remember my first impression of this property when I first visited it in 1988. What struck me the most at that time was its unique situation on a hill, high above on the Guadalmina River’s gully which borders the property and protects and gives it absolute privacy. The villa is built on a platform, and its gazebo in the Italian garden is ideal for meditation and relaxation. I remember I thought it was one of the most beautiful places I had ever seen and that it was the most romantic property I had visited. Back then, the property did not count on the many infrastructure works that the current owner has added over the years: land movement for a tennis court, guest houses, automatic irrigation system and landscape gardening in most part of the plot, well and water deposit, own generator, etc.
Twenty years later, I still think it is one of the most beautiful enclaves of the Costa del Sol.
