About DM Properties International
Argentine born, Diana Morales moved to Marbella in 1978 and after a few years working with local developers, she set up DM Properties in Marbella, Spain, to market and sell distinctive real estate on the Costa del Sol. Soon she realised the need of expansion to better serve her clients looking for other locations outside her region and also to market their properties outside Spain. Diana Morales dedicated time to build national and international real estate contacts.
She was first the exclusive affiliate of Sotheby's International Realty (SIR) for the Costa del Sol during 17 years, and until the company was sold by Sotheby's Holdings. In 2005, together with a group of former SIR affiliates in Europe she participated in the foundation of EREN (The European Real Estate Network) a pan-european association of real estate companies specialized in luxury real estate throughout Europe.
At the end of 2005 DM Properties was selected to represent Christies Great Estates on the Costa del Sol, Southern Spain, and since then, DM Properties has been the exclusive affiliate of this prestigious network of real estate companies specialized in luxury properties. Diana Morales is also a founding member of the LPA (The Leading Property Agents of Spain) an association of the longest established real estate companies in Southern Spain who share a code of conduct and have as their mission to raise the standards of service for both buyers and sellers of real estate in Spain. In 2006, DM Properties joined The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (Leading RE) and their exclusive programme Luxury Portfolio, the Fine Property Collection dedicated to promoting high quality real estate throughout the World.
After more than 20 years bulding on her international contacts and real estate networks, and in response to an ever increasing demand from some of her clients interested in moving or acquiring property in other parts of the world, Diana Morales decided to create an International Division solely dedicated to help clients find their ideal permanent or vacation home only in highly desirable and recommendable destinations across the globe.
